Return Policy for R S ENTERPRISES

1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Products can be returned Monday to Saturday within 30 days from the date of delivery.
   • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
   • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

   • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service Monday to Saturday within 30  of receiving the order.
   • Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective item.
   • We will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging for a replacement.

4. Process for Returns

   • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@rts.com 
   • Include your order number and the reason for the return.
   • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

5. Refunds

   • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-12 business days.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team.

7. Shipping Returns

   • To return your product, follow the shipping instructions provided by our customer service team.
   • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.
